The last 10 years have seen exciting developments at Optimus Search, and with year-on-year GP growth of circa 30% over the last three years, we remain 100% committed to bringing in new talent to service both the UK and German markets.
Further growth and profitability will continue to be driven organically through a series of strategic initiatives, including a recent management restructure, further investment in niche, specialist divisions and the continued diversification of our serviced vertical markets.
Whilst continuing to cement our position as one of Europe’s elite technical recruitment providers, we’re also mapping out potential opportunities in new global territories such as the North America, Australasia and the Nordics.
We also have plans in place to open satellite offices throughout Germany, with the new Berlin office scheduled for Q2 2017, where we will look to base our central European function. This will allow us to better leverage the existing relationships we have in the region and beyond.
We also continue to invest heavily in our support services, having recently appointed a Head of Marketing, an Internal Talent Acquisition Manager and a dedicated Head of Learning and Development, to provide added commercial acumen to the business.
